Mrs. Rivas, a licensed and multilingual clinical social worker, who has worked within the non-profit field for over 13 year's experience. She's worked across a range of groups which includes LGBTQ+ people, substance users, as well as survivors of intimate partner violence. She's worked with Erie patients in 2019 The clinic is now offering Telehealth Health services. Dr. Rivas, who is a member of the Behavioral Health Perinatal team, which works with post-partum and prenatal mothers, is a trauma-informed therapist for adults. She is also a specialist in trauma-related care. She provides individual and group therapy as well as the medication-assisted treatment program. The referral for specialized care are also available. Amanda helps find forever homes for animals in need through her role as an Best Friends Animal Society Volunteer. Amanda is a strong supporter of the Best Friends motto, Save Them All and hopes to see Los Angeles turn into a "no kill" city. Amanda pushes her limits in order to achieve her goals.
